Ibis 2000 Hotel Karatina — Hotel in Nyeri

The restaurant and the general cleanliness of the entire place is just on average.... Breakfast, the tea, the bacon, the sausages was all good for the four of us.. ...but for the second time in a row, today morning 03/04/2019, i was served a mandazi that looked like it's was in the display for days!!!! It's was soooo hard.... I just declined to take it before I could taste it..... the waiter involved just mockingly laughed it off with the cashier!!! That was very pissing!!!! And disrespectful!

Had an early morning breakfast enroute ro Nairobi.. Service was efficient and professionaln. All food items in the menu were available...

Need to spruce up the place though. It's remained stagnant all these years..

And please lose the microwave it...

The place is very affordable and the rooms are ok. The food needs to be better prepared. We ordered chips and steak and at first when the food was brought it was cold. The meat was tough. Courteous service. Recommended for overnight stay for...
