Visiting Masai Mara has always been my childhood dream, and this trip turned out to be even more special because of my stay at Pristan Mara Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the difference – the warm welcome with a traditional Maasai dance in full attire set the tone for an unforgettable experience.||The property itself is huge, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Having traveled to over 51 countries, I’ve experienced hotels and resorts with their unique styles, but what truly touched my heart here were the thoughtful details and the people behind the service.||In the middle of the wilderness, the lodge offers world-class amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fully automated heated commode with fittings from Kohler – something I never expected in a jungle setting! The in-room amenities were top quality – even the comb and brush stood out in terms of quality. A useful tote bag was thoughtfully placed in the room, and features like automated window curtains added a touch of luxury. The balcony tent overlooking the surroundings gave an authentic safari vibe.||One small suggestion to management would be to add shower caps and shaving kits, which would complete the already well-curated amenities.||But beyond the property, what really makes Pristan Mara Lodge extraordinary is its people. From the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would like to personally thank Ismail, Rose, Isaac, Wilson, Raymond, and Titus for their warmth and dedication.||A special mention must go to Isaac, who is one of the kindest and most humble team members I’ve ever met. He was always ready to solve any request instantly. During my stay, I had the chance to share my travel experiences with him, and he even asked for feedback on what could be added to the property. His genuine interest in guest satisfaction really stood out.||On the day of my checkout, Isaac surprised me with a thoughtful farewell gift – a gesture that truly overwhelmed me. This wasn’t our first time in the Masai Mara for me and my husband, but it was by far the most impressive stay we’ve ever had.|Pristine Mara Bay is not just a lodge – it’s a masterpiece of design, service, and setting. Every night was a delight, from the warm, attentive staff to the breathtaking sunsets viewed with a cocktail in hand at their elegant bar.||The location is spectacular – right by the Mara River, offering front-row seats to the Great Migration, yet remarkably peaceful. The bush breakfasts, sundowners, and every activity were executed flawlessly, each experience beyond expectation.||The grandeur of the architecture, the galaxy pool, the flowers, plants ane gardens, and the artful lobby....||Our room was stunning – not super spacious (apparently the architect wants to push people outside into the nature) and modern, with features you just don’t find elsewhere in the Mara (u really dont get Dyson anywhere else!!!. It’s rare to feel this pampered while being so close to nature.||Perfect for couples and especially honeymooners and the cultural elements are authentic and enriching, not touristy. |Pristine is not just the best stay we’ve had in the Mara – it’s one of the best anywhere....

My experience at Pristine Mara Bay Lodge was absolutely delightful. Nestled in the heart of Mara right at the banks of Mara river, the journey there was scenic, offering breathtaking views and easy accessibility. The rooms were a perfect blend of luxury, elegance, and comfort, providing a serene retreat.

The culinary experience was exceptional; the chef's preparation of perfectly cooked meat retained its rich flavors and tender texture. The diverse selection of wines complemented the meal beautifully, becoming an instant favorite of mine. Evenings were enchanted by the presence of grazing hippos, their sounds echoing around the room, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the game drive. The knowledgeable team led us to prime spots for animal viewing, allowing us to truly connect with nature.
