The hotel is situated right in Wudanyi town and therefore easy to find. I arrived to find Benson one of the staff who works at the reception waiting for me outside the hotel. The rooms, food, and services are out of this world. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great time and recommended places together with a guide (David) who is very knowledgeable. At night it can get very cold and the hotel has extra blankets together with hot water bottles to keep one warm. The rooms are extremely clean and towels are changed daily. The views especially for Wesu Hill early in the morning are to die for. Wudanyi is a hikers' paradise and a mini La Paz town in Kenya. |When I left one of their staff accompanied me to the terminal stage, waited until the matatu was full, and ensured I was okay before he left. I will definitely come back. |Highly recommend David as a guide around...

Read moreWe found the people to be friendly and the price reasonable. They had nice food as well and was affordable. Helpful staff. The location is good for birding as we could easily arrange motorbikes to both Ngaongao forest and Mbololo with a local guide and there were other food options in the area too. The bar had nice music. They had a safari vehicle available for hire although we didn't need it. I played football with some locals at a nearby pitch with outdoor lighting which...
