Peacock Hotel Kilifi — Hotel in Tezo ward

So I was here with some friends on a work trip (reconnaissance trip). We checked in and realized that though the hotel claims to have a pool on google, there is nothing like that there. Scam!

We checked in and the rooms were just okay. They could be better. The fans are tiny and loud so it makes it hard to sleep quietly. My main disappointment was with the restaurant. Man, they were slow over the top. Breakfast was a let down. Sausages looked funny and the options were minimal. Juice was water based and not natural juice and they had no option for fried eggs. Yaani… then service attitude was just blaaa!

We did manage to sleep but o think management should do some upgrading to make the place nicer. Also remove the pool on your google pics please. It’s a deceptive strategy.

All in all, we slept and woke up and left but I’m not sure it’s up for more stars as far as I’m concerned. Glad to hear other...
