Set up is great especially the outdoor the sitting..the gardens are properly manicured and nice greenery.the breeze is great especially at night.A good hotel for such a remote village. There are however areas for immediate improvement if the hotel has to not only attract but retain non locals who will obviously demand higher standards 1.Drill a borehole-you can't operate such a hotel with a bowser.Literally a small trickle of water through faulty taps...This so wrong to not have water in the rooms and still have no clean drinking water availed for use in the rooms 2.Dressing mirrors ... Kindly 3.So much dust especially for the rooms on the main building at the gate 4.Too much noise from the hotel bar and highway...you want to enjoy the hotel...please pay more and don't use the cheaper rooms... obviously you will regret and wish you booked the much priced ones 5.The bar noise cancelling be regulated especially to allow tired visitors catch some sleep Positives 1.Very spacious rooms 2.Wells staged rooms and outdoor gazebos and garden sitting 3.Good service right from the security to the waiters.Got great service from Faith...forgot to tip but I owe her on my second visit 4.Nice food..my complain was well taken up. Worth visiting....great effort from the owners and nice idea for a hotel in such a location

It's run down, the washrooms are dirty The staff is efficient, the ambience is calm A former manager hangs around trying to get customers to buy him drinks, be wary of the small man with a pseudo American accent 🤣fr

Pocket friendly, good food and ideal outdoor aura for photography and outdoor activities. The pool could be in better condition plus the rooms are quite chilly.

This is a great investment. An outstanding location considering the need for hotel services at the location. We have both indoor and outdoor seating. The popularity has waned though. The management could revisit their popularizing skills to reattract. The food is above average, nyama Cha Banda and the like. Some sections require attention after overuse and misuse. Overall a welcome relief...
