This hotel is racist and their customer service is horrible and pathetic. We had made an advance reservation during the Safari Rally period and we had fully paid for the room. We even had a booking confirmation. Upon arrival we were told our room was not there despite it reflecting as reserved on their system. The back office team especially a lady called Wairimu went to an extent of telling us that we couldn't get a room since we are Kenyans. It is clear to say that if we were foreigners we would have been accomodated. We were not the only ones inconvenienced as there were 2 other gentleman who experienced the same. It is very pathetic that we were being profiled in our own country. It is very clear that our room had been re-sold to the rally team. They wanted to outbook us to a nearby lodge of terrible standards and we declined. Even the other 2 gentlemen refused to be outbooked to the other lodging. Another very rude staff went by the name James who said we can go and sleep in a toilet. Margaret the front desk attendant was trying her best to resolve the situation however, her colleagues Wairimu and James in the back office were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and should not be working in the hospitality industry. We are frequent travellers along the Nakuru - Naivasha route and will never set foot in this hotel again and greatly advise anyone else not to. To the management - it is very unfair to mistreat Local tourists just to please foreigners. Serious staff vetting and disciplinary...

The service can be a bit slow especially when it comes to clearing the tables once one is done eating. Parking is available. The hotel is ideal for meetings and conferences as they have plenty of conference rooms. The conferencing package is very competitive and it seems very popular with organizations as you will not miss seeing 2-3 groups holding workshops. The rooftop lounge is perfect for unwinding as you watch the sunset and have a great view of Naivasha town...
