The Website for this Hotel (http://www.plazaatheneekuwait.com/en/rooms.html) is A COMPLETE FARCE....The HOTEL is more of a MOTEL...There is no "Top Chef" working at a restaurant...There is no restaurant..there is only a dumpy Army themed Cafe where one could get their meals...Breakfast offerings were disgusting...The rooms were dirty with extremely worn out furniture...Bed linens, carpets, and furniture had stains or burn holes, bathroom fixtures were cheaply repaired using tissue paper to hold up a shelf, tub had dirt stains deeply embedded, there is no Business Center, no Free Airport Shuttle as advertised, the lamps and TVs in my 3 Rooms did not work (why 3 Rooms, you ask?)...Because I needed to change until we found a room with working AC and TVs...Most TVs were not connected to their cable box or system...Internet only worked in the Lobby, which is not as spacious as it appears on their website...What a sham! They need brought up on charges for intentionally misleading the unsuspecting traveler who finds their...

I stayed there in January. First of all, if you book through expedia or bookings beware of the address. It's not actually located near the Kuwait towers as indicated on the Map. It's a half hour walk. But the distance is not the issue. I've never been in a room that made me not want to stay. I've stayed in better 2 stars. This is suppose to be a 4 star? I had asked for a non-smoking room. The room I had smelled so much that I asked to switch room, but they didn't have anything available. They sent room service to spray the room and I opened the window, even then it was still very bad. When I left my hair and scarf reeked of smoke. The pillows and sheets smelled also. There's mold in the bathroom. You pretty much have to stay in that room with your eyes close. The wifi do not work well. Don't bother.||The staff were great. I didn't have the breakfast. I had a hopelessly miserable stay here from 5th April to 8th April, 2018 Please Don't stay in this hotel, the reasons are as follows (Why pay and buy unhappiness?): The front office communication hopelessly bad, they make you wait for infinite time (more than an hour). First they put you in a room and then change it when you are about to settle. I had arrived at 12:30 night and by 1 pm they changed to another room when I was about to sleep. They don't even tell you that they serve complimentary breakfast, you need to ask may be 10 times. Breakfast is hopeless, but the stewards are courteous despite language handicap.
