The hotel is a charming, cozy retreat with a fairytale-like atmosphere, nestled among enchanting trees and surrounded by majestic mountains and alpine forests.
The hotel brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood with its cozy and classic vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, particularly the magnificent swimming pool. There was also a charming winter garden filled with lush plants.
Behind the restaurant, we discovered a scenic path leading up to the mountain top, where an outdoor gym awaits adventurous visitors.
Our first breakfast experience, however, was disappointing. It wasn’t a buffet, and we had to order à la carte. Unfortunately, the staff brought us only eggs without any sides. The language barrier with the waiter made it difficult to request additional options. On the bright side, both lunch and dinner were exceptional, offering a diverse à la carte menu with delicious, well-prepared dishes.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but some aspects of service need improvement. Read moreWe spent two days at the hotel, expecting everything to be top-notch. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We checked in at 9 PM and were left without dinner. The hotel looks outdated and is in need of renovation; the doors barely open. When we went down to the spa, we were not provided with keys to the changing rooms, as it was apparently not allowed. They also do not issue bathrobes, and we had to walk through the entire hotel in our room robes, which was extremely inconvenient.||Additionally, there were strange noises in the bathroom in the middle of the night which frightened us very much. Late at night, we were unable to charge our phones, as it seemed the outlets were turned off at night or simply did not work. This is absolutely not in line with the status of a five-star hotel. We paid for two days, but were told there was no refund available, and our attempt to leave early was unsuccessful. The staff was rude, especially at the spa. Perhaps that's why the hotel was half-empty.||On the positive side, the food was decent, so thanks to the chef.||Unfortunately, I cannot...
