Futuro Hotel Bishkek — Hotel in Bishkek City

It was early morning when we arrived, the guy who picked us up from the airport was really nice, he patiently waited for us and carry our luggages while we were sorting our currencies coz we forgot to bring dollars! When we reached the hotel I was surprised! The hotel is very homey, very cozy, Minimalistic but very modern, well- designed! We did not call ahead but then, still, they manage to get us a very nice room! The outside seating is very romantic should i say ! Staffs are good looking, drop- dead gorgeous, they have a very good english command, they were really really nice! Foods in the kitchen were delicious and with so much options surprisingly! I wanna commend the handsome guy in the reception who talked and dealt with the taxi driver who tried to overcharge us with the fare, he was indeed admirable, i've forgot to ask him name tho. Our departure was 2 in the morning and their chef made us some very good bfast! and that other pretty receptionist even suggested to take out some food to the airport! which hotel does that???! What a fantastic hotel. The room isn't the biggest one but the cleaning are excellent and it have all facilities needed for a pleasant stay. This hotel is a great starting point for your vacation. The hotel is a little bit outside of Bishkek centre and that make it even better. Much less traffic noise and less pollution. The breakfast on the hotel is a good starter for the day with a mix of everything from sausages to fruit and cakes or you can have a omelet if you feel for it. The staff is unique, very polite and helpful in all ways. The hotel don't have so many rooms so it's not a huge tourist machine and the staff notice every guest. They do whatever they can to make your stay so pleasant as possible. If you have kids that must have special dietary or you have a special request for food you can ask for it and the cook will try his best to fulfill your request. Why pay a lot of money for a big fancy hotel to get a chocolate on the pillow when you have the possibility to rent a room at Futuro where you meet fantastic, helpful staff, have good food, good cleaning and a good room. The hotel is clean and seems new. The staff were nice and friendly. We were disappointed with a few things, however. ||We arrived for breakfast at 9am (it supposedly goes until 10) and many things were gone. The main dish (something tomato based) was never replaced. Five breakfast cereals were on offer, all were like eating candy for breakfast. None were healthy. I ended up with whole grain toast, a couple apricots and coffee. They didn’t even have eggs available. Lots of cake though. Would rate it 3/10.||There were no power outlets in the room near the nightstand. There was one outlet on the side of the bed that had no nightstand for some reason. (Couldn’t have a nightstand there or it would block the refrigerator.)||Location is kind of in the middle of a neighborhood near a power plant. There is not much with walking distance.
