Garden Hotel & SPA — Hotel in Bishkek City

We booked this Hotel for 2 nights primarily because of the cheap price and their "warm pool" as I have 2 small children who like swimming. Sunday, I specifically confirmed if they indeed have a warm pool where my kids can swim, and they said yes. So we arrived Sunday and decided to swim monday. Monday morning we went to the pool area only to find out it was thier cleaning day, nobody mentioned about it, so anyway, they told us that they will open it for us same day 8pm, so we waited the whole day, 8pm we went down to the pool area again, and it was icy cold, we just dipped our feet and enjoyed the moment, because anyway it was supposed to be a cleaning day and we were just given access. But they told us definitely on Tuesday 10am, it will be surely warm. So again we went on Tueaday 10am, only to be told that the water is still cold as it takes 2 days to heat it so it will be Wednesday or Tuesday night. We were really dissappounted especially seeing my daughter's face. If we have been told or would we have known, we would consider checking in another date or another hotel as we really wanna swim in a warm pool. When I got home, I checked other reviews, and we realized this dillemma had been happening to a lot of people. Most have the same complain about their seemingly "fake warm pool" as advertised in their site. To be fair they tried to appease us by giving us complimentary arranged fruit salad??? and told us we can go back anytime to swim. (Felt pathetic to go back in that hotel just to swim, as if we are so desperate to their miniature icy...

Im from Philippines, My tour in Kygyzstan is the best but theres one person ruined my momentum the Receptionist Raymat in the night shift. We left the room key card in the morning when we came back we found him and ask for our room key he said if we are sure if we are staying there not even asking for our name and check in the system. Everytime we come to ask him we felt that we are not welcomed by him. The worst is my check out. He asked me to pay the damage in the towel and try to delay my flight for 3500com i told him i dont have money and it was an accident he said that he will right a letter to my company, we argue a little because i asked him to show me where is a terms and condition that i have to pay for accidental damage. When im about to go out from the hotel he whispered a bad word and i return and asked him what did he said and he just said you dont want to pay right!? I asked him if he is threatening me and he said that if i dont pay he will pay the damage he even mention that im not his friend.
