The hotel is a real wonder with its large, comfortable and modernly equipped rooms. To the extent that you may need a while to work out the settings on the toilet seat remote, which can be set differently for three different people. Reception staff are wonderfully attentive and helpful - thank you! Breakfast is another highlight - great both in terms of variety and quality. How many hotels can you think of that offer both amazingly cooked Lao dishes and really good warm croissants? The gym is easily the best equipped hotel gym I have seen in a while and there are separate kids and adults swimming pools on the 6th floor. I had a 30-minute back and shoulder massage in the spa and it made me realise how much a good therapist can do in such a short time. I extended till 4 nights.|The service and entourage was great, you could see it is|a very new hotel and a real 5 star.|During the breakfast we were very well taken care of by|jennie, she really took care of the providing the good|and drinks. She provided a very nice ice coffee latte.|For the reception, after the first two night we got|upgraded to a even better room. Thanks to the help of|Ana and Nat.|I really recommend this hotel.
