Blankenfelde Manor — Hotel in undefined

The home page states that working time is from 10AM, and tourist groups must reserve beforehand. Since 3 people is hardly a group, we just went there at mentioned time. No one was there. After call to phone number, somebody answered and sad that we must wait for 30 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting nobody showed up. Maybe manor is nice. It seamed beautifull with some interesting attractions, but the attitude is below any reasonable...

Забронировали номер на 31/12 заранее, больше чем за месяц (подтверждение пришло сразу, карта была привязана), владелец вероятно не умеет пользоваться сайтом и не видит бронирования, с клиентами также общаться не умеет, на звонок - мы забронировали номер, но здесь все закрыто, ответил - мы не работем и бросил трубку. Больше на звонки не отвечал! Booking также не смог с ним связаться и помог отменить бронирование,чтобы не списались деньги с карты. Объект заблокирован в системе boooking,сейчас его нельзя забронировать. Не рекомендую связываться, усадьба находится на границе с Литвой, мы ехали туда специально и оказались без отеля в канун нового года! Здание находится в лесу, снаружи очень ветхое, не поддерживают, внутрь естественно...

En tant que ressortissant du royaume des Francs, avec des aspirations politiques plutôt royalistes, ce lieu m'a ému.. car c'est bien entre ces murs que notre bon roi, Louis XVIII en devenir, trouva refuge lors de sa pérégrination vers l'Est, tandis que les impériaux napoléoniens assoiffés de sang saccageaient le continent !
