Hello.. I would say inaf good ...but there are a lot of where to grow... Beautiful place ,beautiful hotel. But the price for Latvia is expensive and I am waiting more . The mini bar wasn't in the hotel room , water wasn't in the room even coffe wasn't,I paid for to stay in the lux room but the extras weren't. I am a traveller with experience- For a three star hotel, need more care. Spa tube baths need change, doors lockers need change, breakfast for 14 eiro where scrambled eggs and two pretty small cruassan and one small sweet cheese "kārums " batton with drinks , don't know maybe for three stars is good ,but my experience showing difference, and salmon for 21 eiro where are just slice salmon and few small peaces of broccoli and one tomato cut on two peaces. Maybe for restaurants and with the best sauces . I'm sorry when I need to write this feedback, but I will not say when not a good hotel ,just is where to grow 🪴🪴🪴 we wish all the best . My husband and I have lasted 5 years at a lot of hotels ,not so many countries ,only 11 countries but around 300 hotels ,so we definitely can compare this hotel in the middle. But I can see when it can be better. Inaf good place to stay. I hope when that's all because the season didn't start so well still . The best wishes...
Read moreThe main thing what destroyed the good review was service. A week ago we stayed there as guests because of wedding. At the moment newlyweds where checking out, the host said the meanest thing what any host could say. There was a small misunderstanding with payment and breakfast, but everything was payed on time the same day. Everything could be solved by talking to each other, but host was so angry and rude, that even on the wedding day 15 minutes before cermony she (and weirdly way also the cook) run after bride and was intrusively demanded to pay (newlyweds already paid an advance months before).
The next day at the end of checking out the host said in English (so the groom also understands): you were terrible guests, i hope i will never see you again! :o
There was no rude behavior from newlyweds, no angry talk from them. But some how the host was really awful! We do not suggest to stay at Kāle just because the host doesn’t know simple rules of hosting guests (not just...

Breakfast costs €14 per person. The owner told us there would be plenty of pastries, croissants, toast, cheese, and more. However, you must choose in advance whether you want an omelette or pancakes, and the only extras provided were a tiny croissant and a small piece of toast alongside the hot dish. When we asked for something small for our 1-year-old, like an extra tiny croissant, we were told we’d need to pay the full €14 as well. The female owner displayed a complete lack of compassion — she couldn’t seem to understand that a 1-year-old would also need...
