Let's start from the positive:||30 euros per night for apartment is a great price||Rooms are clean ||You get hot and cold water in the bathroom||You are in the middle of the forest and apart from your drunk neighbors nobody will distract you||Some negatives:||To go to and back from the place you have to drive a 10km gravel road and your vehicle will be covered in dust||The interior is old soviet fashion style - some could put this in pluses||Beds are too solid for Europeans||The water pressure in bathroom is way below the average but you still can get your shower.||||Long story short - this is a poor man's option and is not terrible...

We were the only guests, so it was very quiet. Place is a bit run down but it was alright. Did not have hot water in the shower but maybe I just didn't let the water run long enough, though I did try. Payment in cash only. The host encouraged us to use the facilities such as the BBQ etc but we didn't have the energy. Bring a book to read, pack of cards, something to do. I stayed at the place while cycling in Latvia. The place was in the middle of nowhere, extremely hard to find and the road there wasn't so nice to cycle. Probably the place is more easily reached by car. However, the owners were very helpful and even cooked us a dinner when we asked.
