I stayed here over the weekend with my friends. What can I say - amazing experience!
The house itself was very cosy and warm. Extra points for the fireplace. On the second floor there was a lot of space and a view to the sea. At night the sky was full of stars and when we opened the window we were able to hear the sound of the sea. Very peaceful.
The sea was very close. The beach was quite windy, but very beautiful and there were barely any people there.
We also grilled some meat outside, which was great. The weather was sunny and a refreshing spring wind was blowing.
About 10 min walk from the house, there was a small shop in the village. The village that was nearby was also very interesting to explore. We noticed that there were a lot of "old school" fishermen living in the village which was interesting.
In the house, there was available high speed internet for our convenience. No TV available, but I guess that is the point - disconnect yourself from the technologies once in a while and connect yourself with the nature :)
About the hosts - lovely people, very welcoming. Speaks English, Latvian and Russian.
