MAAJO Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Rojas pagasts

This place is not worth its price. 1 huge issue in winter - freezing inside. When I was booking it, the first condition was place should be warm and comfortable for my pregnant wife. But it was totally oposite. Now she recovering from that freezing night. Heating was setup manually by me to +30 but it wasnt working at all. Also there is slippery stairs to the house in the evening and morning when it s minus degree weather and no railing, very dangerous. This place is absolutely not suitable for winter time. Absolutely not suitable for winter time! We had the most cold and terrible night here. The heating didn t heat at all, the only warmth we had was a small fireplace in dining room,in the bedroom was freezing. House is near the road, so you can hear all cars passing by. To come to the tiny seaside wich is not very far that house you have to go out from house territory and walk by the road (it is kind of dangerous) Absolutely doest cost the money they take.
