Tēva Mājas Garoza — Hotel in undefined

We celebrated our big day - our wedding in Teva Majas Garoza. And we stayed for 1 week in this wonderful place with our families and close friends (22 adults, 3 kids). The location is just perfect and very private, on one side it is surrounded by forest, 05 min walk - is the Baltic see with km of beach for long walks and best sunsets. Ieva and the team made all possible and impossible for us, we all felt like home, the team is very creative, with extraordinary taste (the pictures can prove it), and warm hearts, so great to find these combinations. Ieva is responsible for the decoration, flowers, and the atmosphere, which was just magical. Gundega and her team is responsible for catering, helped us to create the perfect menu for our day, but also for the whole week, the food was so delicious and all individual wishes were met, vegetarians, allergies, it is all no problem for the team. Great location Nice and attentive host I guess they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable And I think we just were lucky that we were just us at the property and felt like the whole house was just for us Very tiny rooms with nowhere to store your stuff at all - just one chair on both for everything - very bizarre, like nothing, no table, no closet, nothing at all. Ok for overnight, but if you stay more than one night... No hot water in the evening and in the mornings at all Our kid was in the shower at 21:30 and he got hot water. I tried at 22:30 - no hot water at all, and in the morning, hot water appeared only at 10:00 - very strange in the 21st century We chose that property based on good reviews of the restaurant, but when we arrived, there was no restaurant working at all, so we felt a bit misled at the moment The sink leaked, the shower leaked, and in general, the property absolutely needs some maintenance...

We had a really nice stay with family here. We had normal rooms and the sauna house. This combination was perfect since there is large space outside of the sauna house (big nice garden). You have here everything from fire place to hammocks. There is also a kubuls behind the sauna house. In the main building you can play games. The owners were very friendly and we also ate one evening in the restaurant, it was delicious. The beach is reachable by foot...
