Great place, great atmosphere, friendly hosts and staff . The pool is tidy and has a place for kids plus two jacuzzis at the end. We booked the “tipi bungalow” with a private pool. -The private pool: looks nice but has no light or bubbles so we spent our time in the jacuzzi with wine and shisha. -The tipi bungalow: has 3 beds, main one with an ac, and two others in the upper part (no ac). Tidy inside with shampoo and body wash in the bathroom but no mirror which is frustrating. Pillows are very difficult to sleep on so bring your own. -Make sure to get mosquito repellent, or ask for one (they kindly provided us with one) and spray your room. -You can’t bring your food, they have a restaurant. Food is average. Breakfast is coffee and croissant. Coffee is 2in1 or 3in1 sachets and croissant is like the one you buy in plastic bags.

Nice quite place, staff are very friendly, prices are average. Breakfast is ready made croissants and coffee. The bungalow is nice and private. The private pool is fair. Only to bear in mind is that it is located in nature so u have to expect too much insects. Overall nice experience.

The resort is isolated in a nice place in nature with an amazing scenery. To start with, the owner was flexible enough to bend some rules and allowed us to bring our evening food and snacks which we highly appreciate (since we have small children). However, we did not have an overall good experience due to the below points that I highly suggest the resort management to attend to:

Rooms: the rooms are cozy and clean , made of wood ,which makes it a romantic place for newly-wed, but for family with children I suggest to add some additional lighting, to enlarge the bathroom (cause I barely fit inside the showers) and to find a better fix for the bug issues (I fully understand that it is in nature and wood based , but I believe the treatment applied should be enhanced cause we had an unpleasant bug encounter that kept me awake) Breakfast: the breakfast needs major enhancement in diversity and quantity or to be dropped out of the deal and people allowed to get their own food. Children area: although there was no children area, however there was a lot of space for our children to play and enjoy the place while we were around. A hammock, a dog and a horse added to that experience. Pool: the pool was not a totally great experience! I suggest to make a proper timeframe without any exceptions, and to make sure that the water is chemically cleaned (do not know the exact wording as I saw them adding some drops and clor as we were swimming) either in the morning or after the closing and to make sure that it is clearly communicated to every new comer. In case of exceptions (due to too many swimmers) that will have risk on the swimmers, this can be communicated during the visit. (I had a bit of worry when the guy came and said we need to close the pool to add some acid !)

Once the above are attended to , the resort will be a great...

Worst resort ever. My husband and I visited the resort to celebrate our anniversary two weeks ago, and it was a horrible experience. We reached the resort in the afternoon, checked in at the reception, and paid the full amount as requested. A lady escorted us to our bungalow and showed us the room. After she left we found out that the room window lock doesn't work meaning it wasn't difficult to break into our room. We went back to the reception as no phones were available, and asked them to move us to another room. They checked the bungalow right next to it in order to make sure it was well equipped, safe and clean. Toilet was extremely small, and a fridge available but empty not even a bottle of water was available. We placed our bags and went out for a coffee under the pergula as it was late afternoon, and the swimming pool was closing soon. When we returned back we ordered food (@9pm) and it took almost 45 minutes as the chef has left early knowing that we asked at check in and they claimed the restaurant opened till 10 or 11 p.m.We were okay with that as we didn't want anything to ruin our night until we went back in to our room, turned on the Ac and decided to rest. The bed sheets were filled with insects. Even the floor was covered with insects as it got cooler in the room. We then decided that it wasn't safe to sleep and went back to the reception where we had to wake up the owner to tell him we were leaving. All what he said was '' I wish you told us before we could have changed the room'' and didn't even bother to compensate or fix the situation. We drove back home and honestly I have never been anywhere and met such an...

So let's begin, i can rate the resort without staying there, we saw their offer on makhsoom, before buying it, we called the resort and talked with Mr. Michel, first we were 2 families than we became 3, he was nice and polite to be honest, and he confirmed that on August 16-17 he can manage to avail 3 bedrooms for us. on August 12 we confirmed back the reservation with positive reply, we packed our goods on August 16 , 7 adults and 5 children, we were heading there when i received a phone call the same day at 10:15 am to hear that our reservation is cancelled why?? because the electricity is down, and there is no water there!!! what a shame, you are by far the most unprofessional resort ever, you ruined our day off, we are all employees, all what you said is sorry you cannot come today, you cancelled the reservation the same day knowing that makhsoom rules is to cancel 1 week before the reservation, what is applicable on the customers is also applicable on you!! Guess what they had guests during that period, they told us that nobody was there they evacuated the resort. Too bad for you, if you are wondering why i waited so long to write my review, because we just got our refund after 3 weeks, don't ever visit...
