Mountain View Cedars — Hotel in Bcharre

I went to Mountain View for a week-end with my friends and the stay was not so good. We were first welcomed by the host and she showed us around the chalet. The rooms were clean and the chalet is spacious. In the late afternoon, we realized that the water broke down and that we were out of water (sink, toilet...)! So we contacted the host several times but her phone was out of service, and we even contacted the concierge who wasn't there. After a few hours, we managed to reach them and they told us that the water will be back in the morning. The water didn't come back until later the next morning.. and we were 8 people without water! Yea they did apologize but what for? We stayed a whole night without water to even wash our hands. Not to mention that there were only like 3 forks and 5 plates in the whole kitchen. My stay was not comfortable and I wouldn't come back...

The rooms were super clean,and the apartment fully equipped. we had full privacy and nice underground parking. the owners were really friendly and provided all our needs.the communication was perfect.I tried it in the summer time so can't wait to check it again...
