The rug on the floor was nasty and old and looked like it had years of filth on it. They didnt change the sheets before we went into the room their was hair from a person before us. The bathroom needed to be cleaned you could see urine stains on the ground. Not to mention how nasty the hall was. We stayed in room # 615. The girl was nice until I asked her a few questions. I show up with a baby and the room was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was dirty floors were dirty. The shower had dirt coming down with the water. The glass cups in the room weren’t even washed. The phone wasn’t working to contact room service and after they tried fixing it for a while I told them to stop. The tv wasn’t working either and after a while of discomfort we left 3 hours later.
