We recently had the pleasure of spending a three-night family getaway at the beautiful Fakra Hills Resort, and I can confidently say that every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We booked the two-bedroom suite, which was spacious, tastefully designed, and spotlessly clean—offering the perfect blend of comfort and elegance for our family of four.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the team, and it was evident that hospitality is a top priority at this resort. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to assist with any request, ensuring that we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

The daily breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. The common area, like the rest of the resort, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained—creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to start our mornings.

Our children, aged 11 and 7, had an incredible time exploring the many family-friendly facilities on site. They especially enjoyed the cinema room, which added a fun and unique touch to their experience. As parents, we truly appreciated the serene spa area and the heated indoor pool, where we could unwind and enjoy quality time together.

What made our stay even more special were the outstanding efforts of Mrs. Hala and Mr. Karim. Their professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail made us feel not just like guests, but like valued members of the Fakra Hills family. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

This was one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever been to. We arrived to the hotel room and did a late check in (giving them the possibility to truly do a good clean before arrival) the dirt all over the room was disgusting and something I have never seen before. There was hair all over the bed sheets and pillow cases. Upon seeing the bathroom, the bathtub had particles and pieces of hair all over. I tried to call the reception and they would not answer the phone. The receptionist wasn't even there half the time. They gave no compensation. I have attached pictures below that cannot represent truly how bad it was. We booked for 2 nights, agreeing on the high fee due to the fact that it was said to be 5 stars, yet we left the next morning after the first night regardless of losing the money due to us being unable to stay...

We loved our stay at Farqrahills and we highly recommend it. The cleanliness is amazing, the beds, the toilets, the rooms, the elevators, …everything was shiny clean which is a key point for us. Rooms are spacious, modern, yet cozy, the staff was very friendly and attentive, Hala was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, not to mention the atmosphere which was out of this world since it was snowing outside and we were sitting by the chimney .
