Spent 2 nights at Palais Des Cedres Hotel with 3 other Friends We booked two rooms We arrived late for check-in (which was not a problem) and were directed immediately to our rooms The room I occupied was tidy, clean, nicely decorated The bathroom was very nice and cozy We had a great time, the staff was very friendly But Our friends in the second room had problem after problem! Their towels had dirty spots on them Their cups were dirty Their bathroom reeked to the point they couldn’t sleep anymore! They called the receptionist with no answer only to discover that there was no body on the desk! We were told there would be a 24/7 receptionist but we literarily searched the hotel and it was empty ! We were strangers in that area, what if something more serious had happened? Who would have helped us?

The breakfast offered was ok, the restaurant of the hotel was great, super helpful and polite staff; they went through the trouble of making something off menu for the sake of a friend of ours who got sick during the day

The worst part ? The other guests! Screaming and shouting early in the morning and banging on doors Such impolite behavior!

When checking out, we realized that our friends’ room was not cleaned before they checked in; other than the filthy bathroom, they had missing items from the mini bar that they didn’t use

Not sure I would recommend...

First of all, amazing view toward mountains covered by green blanket of forests. Then, the resemblance of hotel with a mini castle as you may expect see Juliet from the balcony. Very nice decorated; in lobby there is a wooden table map of Lebanon. Big rooms, special wooden arrangements, jacuzzi, comfortable beds, balcony, in a word: unforgettable. And to compensate the hot days, you have two pools: one for adults and one for kids. What about food? It has a restaurant that will not let you leave for sure. Same wooden decoration with colored stones pillars and...delicious food, Lebanese cuisine: from mezza (especially kube and kafta), taboule, barbeque, fresh juices, arghile, all at superlative. Thank you, Mr.Raja, his wife and stuff for their incredible great hospitality! I will come back for sure. Don't forget to hike in Chouf Cedar Forest 5 minutes behind the hotel. Also, you can take your kids to Barouk Karting and entertainment park 10 minutes from...

We ended up at Nassamat unexpectedly after having to leave our previous accommodation last minute. The hotel is nice but the highlight is the crew! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to get our room ready quickly. you could tell they actually cared about making sure we were comfortable. The room was spotless and everything was prepared perfectly despite our short notice. The pool area is lovely and perfect for unwinding, but the real highlight was the breakfast - seriously some of the best we’ve had. Fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Barouk, this is exactly what you want. The whole place has this calm, relaxing vibe that’s perfect for getting away from it all. Would definitely stay again! Thank you...

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from from Barouk Cedars. The rooms a warm and the staff are friendly. Price is reasonable compared to space, service, location Vs. Season. The breakfast was traditional lebanese (foul, eggs, man2oushe, zaatar/keshek, labneh, tea ;) next to the fire 🔥 place. If you are going on a solo hike, family or group hike in Barouk it is advisable to spend the night there.
