If it was possible, this place would have gotten zero-star due to many reasons in which I will state throughout my review. Before placing a reservation, I’ve contacted them Via a phone call, in order to gather more information regarding their offering. The guy that was supposed to help us, had primitive customer service and communication skills. It was so poor that I initially thought he was joking, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. His tone and speaking manners were taunting and disrespectful. Despite the initial bad encounter, I still carried through my reservation thinking it is not fair to judge the place as a whole. As for the actual experience, the place looks nice, however, our experience was totally ruined by the additional BAD customer service, we were offered no help at all to ease up the process since around 6 people were joining in. We had to ask 4 times for assistance until someone showed up with a bad attitude. In addition, we were overcharged for stuff that was falsely advertised over the phone. However, we only wanted to head out and be done with this, we paid our dues to prevent making a scene out of this. To sum things up, the owner or the management of this place has ZERO customer service & communication skills, they overcharge you for stuff that you can easily find somewhere else. They have nothing else to offer that serves as compensation for the bad treatment they offer to their guests. Another reason that pushed me to write this review, is a post that I’ve seen on social media platforms that shows the owners or Instagram Page Admins clearly making fun of someone’s social class when asked about their high prices, and I quote “No it is a guest house that you can’t afford apparently”. This place has reached a whole new level of low. PATHETIC!!! Anyway, in case I get a reply for this review, I highly urge the admin not to preach me with “You are rating us with hate...etc.” comments. I hope you invest some of your profits on getting proper communication skills, you highly need it.
PART 2 The following serves as a reply for the owner or management since they clearly denied serving me ( not sure what are the criteria that they relied on to have such a conclusion).
As I stated in my previous review, they highly need better customer service skills, and their "poor" reply proves my point. Funny how you deny having some of your customers at your place if they submitted a bad review in which u highly deserve. Better start working on their customer service skills FAST.
To sum things up, I wish this would ve been from my imagination as claimed by the owner since that would have saved me money and a bad experience. They will most probably get triggered again by another bad review and reply in a volatile manner. Their bad service can be reflected from their replies, which must be something they can't...

Read moreSo this is the second time I come to Nomads. the first time was good but i took a room with 4 other people with nothing special and no expectations. this time we booked most of the place and i had high expectation that were not met. To start with pricing, we booked most of the bungalows, I already agreed that we will be 14 people to get a small discount, we ended up coming as 13 but i paid for 14 people anyway for good manners, so technically didnt end up with any discount, but since we were almost the only people in the whole place (only 1 couple was there), we expect the hosting to be better and not ask for small fees that were not transparent at all. They told us the couple are doing an icebath so if we want to join, so there is almost no extra cost on them to let us do the icebath, if i am paying a lot of money to fill your resort,i expect you to give us a free icebath that costs you 3$ for the ice, instead we were told that it cost 15-20 per person over the phone and we will get a special discount if we were more than 3 people, when i came to pay for the 4 people who did it he said he said he will only charge for 3 people and its 25$ per person, which is kind of insane, I can buy the icebath myself with that money, its literally an inflatable.
now rooms: three of the rooms didn't have working AC remotes so people slept sweating, another room had its bathroom flooding. Santorini was nice to be honest but if I am talking about the whole thing, no it was below our expectations, we could have gotten so much better options with the ~1300$ that we paid.
The place has potential, needs better management though.
Update: Ok since we cant comment on the review itself, lets get to the dishonest ones from ur comment management.. 500$ discount?????? Dude, you are making this worse, I am attaching the prices from ur website vs what we paid, please check ur website for more info. Icebath additonal opperational cost? Thats funny, i will not even bother asking u to name me one, but again its ur right to price whatever, but just saying it just shows you are hungry for money and not the best host. Now since you want me to be completely honest, the management is passive aggressive, and they do not represent what Zen is about. Plus, if you dont want to allow people to bring a plastic water bottle in, change all the plastic stuff in your facility, starting from the...
