We visited Pineland in september 2020 as two couples with young kids. The place felt not well maintained, but we assumed it was because of covid. This July, we decided to give it another try with a larger group. |We rented 2 deluxe 3 bedroom villas over the phone, for the night of Sat-Sun, and sent a wire transfer deposit payment. To start with, there was a problem with our booking, and the villas were booked on the wrong day (we did not receive a confirmation on the dates upon payment). We were given a standard 3 bedroom villa, and a deluxe 3 bedroom villa. The standard villa is tight, with one really small bedroom downstairs.|The breakfast was limited in variety and set in a way that made the buffet look too crowded and the circulation pretty annoying. The food was quite bland. |The only coffee options were turkish and nescafe 2-in-1. |The outdoor gym is barely functional, with no safety fence, some broken items (what seemed to be plexiglas) on the ground, really unsafe with kids!|The cover of the kids' pool's water cleaning system is broken and thrown on the side, where kids could easily trip.|The small farm had some animals with no information whatsoever, some cages actually had used tires thrown inside them, and the entire space looked "delaisse".|As for the accommodation, the rooms and bathroom don't give you that impression of cleanliness, and we had to share AC remotes as not all of them were functional.|On the second morning we went on a hike and the trail had broken appliances thrown on it, as well as some trash here and there.|Overall, the location is beautiful, and the nature around is breathtaking, but it feels like the management is pricing accordingly without doing any effort to do to ensure a memorable stay for...
