If there is a rating of 0 I would give it a 0. We were put in a room where there is no insect screen on the balcony door which meant we were not able to open the door to have some air in the scourching summer. When we asked for a fan they said they did not have one. We asked for a different room, so we were put in a different room where the toilet seat had no water so we were not able to go to the bathroom. The hotel is near a generator with no sound hood and although they told us that the generator shuts down at 11 pm, it was kept running all night long so we were not able to sleep at all from the noise and the diesel fumes odour. When we checked out, the receptionest was super rude and made up complete lies that the hotel was full which was a total lie since we saw no other person in the hotel. STAY AWAY from this hotel. Worse hotel i have ever stayed in. We paid 90 $ although this was not even...

The beds made an awfull noise when turning, and the springs of the mattress had no cushioning whatsoever. When we did complain next morning, the receptionist pretended not understanding what we were saying. Once we insisted ; they promised they will fix the bed, obviously they knew since we didn't mention which one. What a shame. Certainly, we cancelled our reservation for such an awfull customer service or lack of it. Not...
