I highly don’t advise you to go to this Hotel..Last visit was extremely unpleasant, and plz let me guide you with my experience.
We get to the hotel, everything is great, even service..We step into the hotel room (Which was the most luxurious one they had..Double room duplex):
Door handle + Towel hanger fall off just by touching. No cups, barely any tissue. We called for cups and water and ice, we were charged for that (Highly). So glad we had a blowdrier..Yeah it didn’t work. No hot water, even though after promising us there will be after complaining. The water is muddy, u can see it literally BROWN. Next morning we call the front desk for our breakfast, they tell ua we should be charged 20thou more each (When we already had a whole package, breakfast included) up until 11:00 AM which was basically brunch and their breakfast was over where they call us and tell us they were wrong and we did pay. (We didn’t take it regardless, we weren’t begging for food if u know what I mean). Stove breaks down while making coffee. The cutlery of spoon, knives and forks were EXTREMELY dirty with pieces of brown dirt on them.(Might I add no detergents to wash or clean) On the phone they told us that there was an indoor pool, but when we asked about it while there they told us “It’s NOT WORKING”.
I could go on with all the stuff that were slightly wrong too but I think u get the point. I mean even when we were leaving and paying, they didn’t even exclude the price for the breakfast nor any complimentary action whatsoever that could make a client feel a little bit happier. WE PAID FULL PRICE. And doing so, it sealed the deal of never coming back again :) We DID NOT ENJOY our stay there, and would not recommend anyone going...
Read moreI recently stayed at Le Tournant Hotel in Ehden, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the outdated and poorly maintained facilities. The room I was given had a musty smell, and the cleanliness was questionable. There were visible stains on the carpet and the linens, making the stay uncomfortable from the get-go.
The service was another major letdown. The staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful, lacking the basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Requests for simple amenities were met with delays or ignored altogether. The hotel's restaurant did not fare much better, with the food being mediocre at best and the service slow and inattentive.
Additionally, the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations and movements from the adjacent rooms and hallways.
Overall, my stay at Le Tournant Hotel was disappointing. With so many beautiful places to stay in Ehden, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more pleasant and...
Read moreWe stayed at Le Tournant Hotel for a weekend. I booked it for an escapade away from Beirut with my partner.||The location is fine and the view on the mountains are nice.||||However; the smell in the bathroom was terrible. We noticed it after getting back from the restaurant and it was already 11.30 pm so we decided to sleep and tell the staff the next day.||It smelled like sewer and we could not stand more than 5 mn in the bathroom. Hopefully for us, the water of the shower was either burning or super cold, so we would not to take a long shower anyway.||When we complained the next morning to the reception desk; the lady told us it was our mistake, we should have called the cleaning ladies at 11pm when we noticed it. And then charged me 2000 LBP for a small bottle of water as they dont provide it.||||Beside that, the room and bathroom were not very clean.||||They also had a wedding ceremony with loud music in their venue but well... that happens.||||I do not recommend this place and will certainly not...
