Tannourine Valley Hotel — Hotel in North Governorate

going to eye tannourine every year is a family ritual because of how good of a hotel it was, that's why we were disappointed this time.

first, because of their mistake, we almost lost our bangalo. they gave us a new one, but it isn't nearly as beautiful as the ones we had the past year, which is weird. if you want to build bangalos and give them the same price, let them look the same at least.

anyhow, during our 3-day stay, the electricity kept going on and off, the wifi connection was extremely poor, the air conditioner had many difficulties, and we had to shower with cold water because the water heater was broken.

it doesn't end there, do not even get me started on the cheap, empty-looking breakfast. there were practically no drinks, no desserts, and the eggs served tasted and looked like gelatin. the pool we were excited for since it was built recently was very unclean, and the kids playground was broken.

the only good things about the place are its location and the service (the workers were nice).

you would expect such a good experience from a hotel located in the same place as this one.

anyway, we acknowledge that everyone makes mistakes, and we still managed to make the most...

I was amazed with the insta page, everything looks just perfect with a good price. Although we asked for a video for the room, with a big surprise the receptionist said all rooms are the same, we canot film them all. I said ok, i want the room I chose, she politely promised to clean it since it was reserved for people who will check out at 4 p.m. I said to myself no problem, lets eat lunch in the meantime. We went upstsairs the whole rooms were a mess, i said ok, i went to see the pool, and here comes the surprise, its not big as it seems in the insta pictures! I said ok, lets eat, those will now checkout and we can have a good stay.... So, I sat on a table to eat, no table was clean, the garbage bag was full, no one tried to remove it. I was disapointed, and took the decision not to stay, and I belive it was the right choice. I felt sad and disaponted. I don't recommend, if u insist on going make sure they reserve u the room u chose. Pictures dont describe...
