It was very poor because a waitress Ned Edwina argued with me bitterly all because I ordered for a vegetable stir which suppose to come with pepper sauce on the side or she should have asked me if I wanted perpper or not, but she decided to tell me how it's not in her job description to ask me if I wanted pepper and she start using all sorts of language arguing with me bitterly .. The worst part is she said she won't serve me anymore and she never brought the pepper sauce I had to ask another waiter and he brought the sauce which I obviously didn't take.... The point here is she looked down upon me because of how I looked and that's why I'm giving a bad review and I'm gonna make sure I tell all my friends and I'll make sure of that... I'll always share my bad review with every important personnel that wants to pass through me to to book Mamba...

Two minor issues: some areas of the hotel didn’t seem to be accessible. Sure someone will help you with your luggage going up a few stairs, but at least I didn’t see accessible ramps/pathways. Also some of the waiting staff need a bit more training on being proactive in...
