This is a review of the RV park at the hotel and the breakfast services.

First of all, this is a very nice place and for the weekly price of 15 EUR overall a good camping option.

(The weekend price is 30 EUR for this price is quite an overpriced camping for what you get)

Pros:

You get a nice camping place with lots of green space and some sports options.

washing machine included in the price (but no dryer see below)

nice sanitary facilities and kitchen

Huge double area for water discharge and fresh water refill

2 dog showers

Cons:

The washing machine is a washer and dryer but the dryer does not work. There is no place to hang clothes or trees where to put a line. Therefore a bit useless.

Dog showers were great but they unfortunately filthy. Disgusting to clean the dogs there.

There is no place for latrine emptying.

There are no pathways to walk except around the hotel. Hotel employees and guests drive around with 50 km per hour so its not very nice to walk.

The camping area is between the conference building and houses. Considering this is such a big place it makes no sense to cramp everything together. It feels like no privacy. If the conference is being used everyone looks at you.

Overall the camping area seems more of a parking spot with plugs than a properly designed camping. Our pitch for example had no proper electricity outlet and we had to plug on the next pitch.

The reception barely speaks English, there are no sigs in English and they barely provide you with any information at the check in.

No one seems to pay attention to the details, lots of trash bins not emptied for a long time, dog excrement next to our pitch, a wood with a nail coming out at the disposal station, etc.

The showers at the lady’s bathroom barely got warm.

Overall even though there is lots of space it feels like there is little to do as everything is so far and no one really provides you with info. Maybe if you speak the language is ok otherwise you are pretty much on you own there.

For 13 EUR a person you can also get breakfast at the hotel. (Be prepared to walk about 20 mins)

The breakfast is good for the price but:

when we arrived no one explained to us how it works. The lady barely spoke any English. We kept asking if we had to choose one option or we could choose two and she just kept saying yes.

the breakfast is not a buffet system so you can only get one dish, yes they have pancakes and eggs as they mention on the website but you get only one or the other.

no one explained that you need to get the coffee yourself so we had to go and asked and we were sitting for 1/2 hour without any coffee.

you get only coffee out of a machine (ok but not what I expect of a five star)

the website mentions fresh croissants and a glass of sparkling wine for the breakfast but we were offered neither of them.

Overall for the price is not too bad but if you expect a five star breakfast this is definitely not. The only thing five star is the food. Compliments to the chef. The rest is more what you can expect of a 3 star hotel. No service. A Tchibo coffee machine and no fresh croissants or bread baskets.

Finally the lack of English is astonishing for a five star, from the website that has no English version, to the lack of maps and info in English to the staff that seems not to speak a word of English. Overall an ok stay during the week if you don’t expect a 5 star...

We stayed 2 nights at this location. We have various observations which lead us to conclude with an overall low score.||The location was not on the navigation system of our car, but with Google Maps we reached the destination fairly easy.||The complex consists of a main (hotel) building with the restaurant and the spa area. Spread on the hotel grounds are various villas. We stayed at one of the villas. We stayed at the junior villa, which is located in a larger house with in total 4 separate appartments. So in fact the junior villa is not a (small) stand alone villa, but just an appartment in a larger house. Our appartment was on the first floor. The appartment features a small kitchenette in the small loving room, which in addition has a couch and a small table with 2 chairs and a small wall mounted television. A door leads to a small bedroom with two single beds. From there you get into the bathroom which has a shower, a small sink, a toilet and a bidet.||The grounds of the hotel a really nice, and you can park easily. ||The dinner served at the restaurant is tasty and the menu has a good choice for various tastes. Dinner does not come cheap, but this may be expected at this location.||The spa area has a larger bath with various water massage systems, a hot whirlpool, a dry sauna and a wet sauna. There is also a bath to actually swim, but this is also used for local swimming lessons, so you might not be able to always use it. You enter the spa area through a separate reception desk.||Breakfast is in buffet style, with limited choice.||So what are the areas in which the hotel should improve:|1. We booked our room through the Expedia website. The price mentioned on the site included all service charges and breakfast. According to the reception desk breakfast was not included in the listed price, although the website clearly indicates it does.|2. The spa area is opened till 22.00h. After checking in we went to the spa area, just to look in and see what to expect. The lady at the reception desk refused entry, because she had already cleaned and the lights where switched off in a fairly impolite way, especially as the time was 21.55h, which we pointed out to here. The area should still be accessible according to the hotels own policy.|3. For use of towels the spa charges additional 2 euro per towel, and 3 euro for a bathrobe. A hotel which pretends to operate a 5 star facility should not charge additional amounts for a towel and a bathrobe. In fact, the bathrobe should alreadh be in the room, which in the villa at least is not the case.|4. After returning at the end of the first day, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed. Although the Expedia website does not make a distinction in service level of rooms in the main building and thr villa, maybe thr villa has a lower service level. In our case that should not have mattered. Why? Because the second night was a separate booking, made later. So officially we checked out after night one, and checked in again at the full price. So despite not changing rooms, it should still have been cleaned.||Overall the experience thus is not what is to be expected of a 5 star facility, and therefore it is rated at the...

We chose Harmony Park to celebrate our wedding anniversary, expecting peace, quality service, and a relaxing spa experience. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite – miscommunication, broken promises, and zero accountability.||We had pre-booked and prepaid for spa treatments, but upon arrival, we were told there were no available slots or therapists, and our appointments would not be honored. The alternative times they offered didn’t work for us – yet they provided no real solution or compensation. Instead, we were promised a complimentary three-course dinner as an apology.||However, things only got worse.||That evening, when we arrived at the restaurant, no one approached us for 10–15 minutes until we asked about the dinner that was promised. Shockingly, no one knew anything about it, and we were told that the administrator (Brigita) who had made those arrangements had already left the company. No one else was informed or took responsibility for her promises.||In the end, we were forced to pay for both the spa treatments we never received AND the dinner, which was supposed to be a goodwill gesture. The only compensation offered was €59, which we were told was all the waiter could provide. For reference, a single massage at Harmony Park costs more than €59, so this refund did not even begin to cover the loss.||This was supposed to be a special occasion – our wedding anniversary – and it was completely ruined by poor management and total lack of care for guests. We felt neglected, misled, and ignored throughout our stay.||A place like Harmony Park, which markets itself as a luxury wellness destination, should treat its guests with much more professionalism and respect. Sadly, we left disappointed and will not be...

We booked a package with dinner, breakfast and bike rides. You are met at the entrance with calm music and smile at the reception. Rooms and spa area are very spacious and clean, no complains there:) I have booked additionaly hot stone massage, and the tall girl in glasses was probably best masseuse of my life! Food on restaurant is very delicious: both dinner and breakfast. The waiter, tall man in glasses (sorry, it is hard to remember Lithuanian names) was very attentive and provided a good service. So why not 5 stars? There are several reasons for that: 1) Bicycles were rusty and with no air in the tyres, so instead of enjoying the ride, we were struggling. 2) Strange situation had place during dinner: we came quite late around 20.45 to celebrate our anniversary. On another side of the dining hall sat a few year old child with parents and watched cartoons on full volume (no headsets). After an hour I thought I was gonna scream. The cartoon was in English, so I could follow the plot instead of focusing on lovely dinner with my husband. Unfortunately no workers reacted to this. We said nothing as we are guests in the country, so it is not our place. But we saw that an other couple of locals that sat behind us, also threw irritated looks at that table. I think such things should be adressed by stuff. They could ask to low the volume or offer cheap one-time use headphones as they do in other countries. They left only around 22.00. 3) In most Spa around Europe phones are forbidden in the Spa-area, for obvious reasons. Here it is allowed, so I was naked in the changing room and some woman was taking video call. Imagine how I felt 4) no coffee/tea making facilities in the room

A bit expensive for what you actually get. Don't expect anyone to be very accommodating or extremely "servicy", but that most of Lithuania, The majority just know what they know. Usually not big on going the extra mile, especially outside vilnius. All and all, it was nice, spa facilities were ok plus, nice pools and water jet stearms, not bad saunas, jacuzzi was only ok'ish. Nothing was WOW. I would say it's not worth the price they charge for it. Hourses weren't available when we wanted, you have to schedule ahead. Apartments are bigger but no AC and due to the bugs, you can really open all windows (only 1 window had a net, which is not enough for air flow) The small houses did have AC, but they were a bit smaller. We actually didn't mind, I think they were much better and more comfortable. (Note that there are smaller houses with single beds that have no kitchen, showers, toilet or AC, but those are available in the common area (still no AC) If you are RVing, than the RV parking lot is only next to the small (and smaller) houses and it is only 15euro per night, but without spa entrance and no gray/black water dispensing option (we got electricity and water intake only) So, it was nice, we enjoyed, but not super amazing. Landscape was wonderful, all around. Sorry I don't have more pictures.
