On paper everything looks good. But those things that are positive also comes with tint of bad. It was written that place comes with tv, but it is actualy somewhere in the common area. There is shower, but if you use it it water can come in to other rooms, because of bad floor planing. And bathroom/shower room is always in the water. There was no towels. Place is quiet, but until train passes by less than 100m away. It isn't too loud, but my wife had some issues sleeping at night. Here you can get some paid services. We bought some firewood, but it was wet and didn't burn. We had to buy charcoal ir the market. Administration is always available, but it can take up to 30 min or more to get help/service from there. Actual service to begin can take up to two hours (our firewood took 2+ hours to come). Kitchenware was there, but there was no sharp knife... It was nice that you can park car nearby. And the sea is not too far. Staff were nice. But with the price you pay I cannot give it more...
Read moreAdvantages: Camping is locate in the pine forest. Shadow is everywere even during the sunniest days. Not big. Approx 15 caravan places. A lot of spaces for tents. Clean and well equiped kitchen. You can reach Klaipeda city via bicycle road No.10 (4 km to reach the city, additional 2 km to reach the old town) Relaxed and quiet atmosphere and other visitors of the camping ground.
Disadvantages: Sanitary areas are cleaned, but due to constant humidity there ia a lot of mold on the ceilings. The backside of the camping ground is right next to the railway. Cargo trains with ~70 wagons pass on hourly basis also by night. The light sleepers will have trouble.
