Green Village UAB — Hotel in Palanga

We had really unpleasent experience in GreenVillage. We were travelling with families in July 2017 and booked 2 house for 10 adults and 9 under pre-schoolage children for 3 nights (we booked 1 house for 9 persons all together, and second house for 10 persons). After arriving to the Green Village, owner said that houses are actually really small and one house i suitable only for 5 persons and second house only for 6 persons, so almoust half of us needed to leave. We suggested to pay some extra (200 euros) and sleep on the both houses floors useing madrasses (so that families could be together after all). Owner didn´t accept our preposition and said that we will use too much water then in the house and it´s not acceptable! Because of that, some of us needed to rent a flat and some of us needed to book hotel in Palanga for our travel. After that, we received keys for houses and we saw that in both houses were sleeping places (beds and couch) for 10 people (enough room for sleeping for 20 persons), so there was no reason to send some of us away. Also host said, that sauna is broken in both houses (no refund for that ofcourse). Also was really annoying that host was spying us every eveing (she was problably afraid that we will bring guests to the house) and also she was angry with our childer (shouted at them)who were jumping on trampoline in the yard. NB! You can´t be sitting outside and talking after 22 p.m.-it´s not allowed! NB! You also need to pay deposit in cash 200 euro for one house. ||On the other hand houses are really clean and nice, we are just sad that host ruined our vacation prohibiting our big group to stay together...

If I could I would rate ZERO STARS. Customer service is terrible. Posting shows that sauna in the cottage, but you have to pay extra for it if you wish to use! And the administrator is going to follow your kids all the time if you have kids and tell them what not to do. It definitely is not worth the money. Way...
