We paid almost hundred euros per night and what we got for it? Outdated room, poor service and horrible breakfast. Once it was really great hotel but now its old and desperately needs renovation. During the night there is not even one light outside the hotel. Pool in fact was big and nice but dressing rooms - horrible. No lockers, only one shower. There is no lifeguard on duties and you need to bring a towel back from your room. We came to the breakfast one hour before the end and there was almost no food. When we kindly asked for at least some eggs women was rude. Selection was very bad. If you go with big discounts this hotel is not a bad choice, but if you pay full price like we did then avoid this place.||||Things that we really liked - location. Only few meters away from the beach. Very quiet location. Very big bathroom. And once again - the pool itself is big and really nice...

Hotel is in very poor condition, and need remodeling asap. Do not book standard room, with 2 beds, as the size of the room and bathroom was ridiculously small, the size of walk in closet :) No coffee makers in the room. Front desk employees acting same as 30 years ago, in Soviet Union, its just crazy :) Be ready to pay extra for everything- drinking water and even extra towels for pool. Also it is extra fee for sauna. Pool was the best part of this hotel, just water could be little bit warmer, as it is no hot tub. Breakfast was good, compere to all other service. TV doesn't have any English stations. Pool table at the second floor is not usable, as it is so dirty, nobody would like to touch it at all. Baltic see is very close, but in September it was very windy and cold Would NOT...

Firstly this hotel was advertised so much and so well so maybe I was hoping for more. They say it has 4 stars. Okay you can see it was nice back maybe 1970s, but c’mon now we are 2020 and at least a bit of work you can put in. For example wall papers they are coming off from the walls also I did not like swimming in the swimming pool together with dead flies and I mean a lot of them. Also the restaurant is very limited in food and drinks variety. Everything we asked they didn’t have:)) so I believe who owns this building needs to invest a bit of money for restoration. Because the prices for rooms are not cheap at all. ||Lets not forget to say Thanks to the staff who really tried hard to do their job as best as they could....

Very interesting Soviet hotel with marble and some Japanese details and selection of art on walls - needs a little bit of improvement but they are working on it. Food is great there (they have gluten free options and good meat and fish) and staff is really nice. They just need more people. Very convenient for families with great warm pool and big slide. A few more bits for kids might be useful as well. Beach is clean and very close. The hotel is built in the forest so adds on a nature vibe. We had a wonderful experience.

What a lovely place, shame stayed last time, as can't stand prices going rapidly up, but quality for money unmistakable going down the hill. Best wishes for the people keeping head above the water, and trying the best to run this place... but, unmistakably things don't look promising. Really and honestly sorry, but not for me any more to.... Will be really surprised if I try and book again....but must admit, it was nice place to relax and felt welcome in the past. Two years later.... Still, the best place in Palanga.

We certainly expected more from a restaurant that just opened its doors. The atmosphere got ruined by pop music, 'Kalnapilis'umbrellas, inexperieced staff and poor decorations. So much potential, such a poor execution. P.S. there is one meal that they could make vegan. Otherwise, it's a super meat heavy restaurant which is very unfortunate. It would be great if they could consider adding more sustainable food to their menu.
