Pusyno namai — Hotel in Telsiai County

I have visited this place twice - almost. The first time everything went well, the price was as agreed and the service ok. At that time I visited the motel alone as part of a fact-finding mission.||The second time I was going to visit the establishment together with a group of 25 persons. We had booked two months in advance and had received a confirmation asserting that we had accomodation for the whole group. Five days before arrival the motel contacted us just to inform us that they no longer had enough rooms for the group. Three days before arrival they even sold two more of "our" rooms to other clients.||Instead of having rooms for the whole group at one place we had to find other accomodation in very short time for 6 persons in the group. And Pusyno Namai also raised the price of the 12 rooms they managed to provide us with 25 % compared to the original confirmed offer.||So be aware and make back-up plans if you intend to use the establishment.||The restaurant at the motel has good food, therefore it is a pirty that the motel is...

I visited the place on business and spent three nights there. The room standard and the restaurant are ok. However, the breakfast serving mode needs improvements, if not changes. The breakfast is served according to the pre-agreed menu and served by a waitress. The worldwide practice is the self-service to the food displayed. And it is much better.
