Very strange that on Booking this location has a rating of 8.9 and here only 3.5 and so many 1 stars... Absurd rule that they do not accept anyone under 32 years of age. I was traveling with another person and after paying for the accommodation I heard that my mother can stay in the apartment but I have to look for another accommodation, because I am not 32+ years old, and because of that I will destroy the host's apartment (seriously?). In the end, of course after paying, we were not allowed into the apartment and at 8 pm we had to look for another accommodation quickly. Of course I asked for a refund which was rejected by the host. The host on the phone was rude and abusive... communication was terrible. The building looks terrible from the outside, I totally DO NOT recommend...

Room in the basement for 40€ per day.
We booked at booking, called at 16.00 with a question about how to pick up the keys, host told that he were waiting for us at 13.00 ..although we didn’t agree on check-in from 16.00..we had to go to another place to pick up the keys. The owner forces to cancel the booking, the host himself does not do this, so as not to write bad comments in Booking. Room on the ground floor. Has an odor. Terrible bathroom. There is not enough hot water in the shower for a long time. Sleeping places - 2 sloping sofas. It's cold in the room. The neighbors are talking and you can hear everything in the room. One of the worst apartments/hotels I've ever been to. The treatment or communication from the host was very crude! Our flight was delayed 40 minutes and we were unable to get there at the time of check-in(4PM - 8PM), we were 10 minutes late! When I called them, they said we can't let you in, you have to go and try to find a new one. After some calm requests, they agreed to let us enter by paying extra money. After getting in the room, there was too much clutter! The room was not like in the photo they placed in the bookings.com! And it smelled bad. Even we can hear other people when talking!
