Mes expériences c'était plutôt bien passé précédemment, mais hier l'expérience d'hier est inadmissible. Après contact en magasin puis contact téléphonique avec une vendeuse très simpathique, je me rend en magasin pour la vente d'un canapé.Je m'organise donc pour trouver un fourgon et certe avec un peu de retard j'arrive en magasin.Là un vendeur hautein et irrespectueux m'accompagne au niveau de la camionette et de suite me dit que le canapé comporte des tâches qu'il n'est pas en état le canapé est quasi neuf mais comporté effectivement une petite tâche de 3 cm.je lui explique qu'on est dans un troc et que les canapés qui sont exposés ne sont eux même pas dans un état irréprochable mais je joue le jeux et lui explique que je vais donc nettoyer la tâche immédiatement car j'ai fait de la route et le gasoil n'est pas gratuit. Le vendeur irrespectueux quitte les lieux non sans gardé pour lui une sorte d'orgueil et s'empressera d'aller informer le responsable.Quelques Minutes plus tard le responsable de rendra devant le canapé propre nettoyer mais sous les arguments de sont collègue ,me rétorquera les même arguments alors que plus aucune tâche n'est présente. Je quitterai les lieux avec mon canapé ayant perdu du temps et du gasoil. Cette expérience chez troc sera malheureusement pour moi la dernière !
