After check out, hotel/homestay tuduh kami ambil towel😅. While kami memang tiada ambil anything from the hotel kecuali face mask yang disediakan di homestay. Deposit rm150, was held. This is my first time check in hotel/homestay deposit hold sampai ke malam tak pulang2 kan atas alasan ada towel hilang. Best part still ada dimana they allowed us to stay until 2 pm. But holding customer punya deposit this way is really wrong. Just charge the towel and pay the remaining balance on the same day. A bit disappointed and it will be my first and last time...
