Masa I pergi public holiday all the rooms a full but I'm lucky manage get single rooms...don't put high hope it will be super clean resort like other place ..well it's not ..it's an island the room I stay was smells and toilet not clean..I saw lizards baby and cockroach in shower..(manage to kill it). I think there a sort of staff but all manageable...they do provide bfast for 2 person ..extra person have to pay..I pay for Rm 15 for nasi lemak .about taste of nasi lemak ..for me not nice but I was hungry so no choice...this place is once reach jetty 5minit walk to reach their resort feels like hiking..the buggy was out of service.... From the resort there was stairs can walk down to sea and few shop was open...food was nice but I forgot the name of the shop...I order nasi goreng kampung Dan nasi goreng pataya delicious...I like the sarsi bottle..same shop we ate food ...they were friendly...I will come again to enjoy their nasi goreng pataya ❤️

During the public holiday, the cost for a twin room was RM200. The resort is conveniently located not far from the jetty, however, it may be challenging for elderly guests to navigate the hill or stairs. Regarding transportation within the resort, a shuttle service is available. However, due to staff shortages, we were unable to utilize this service. The resort has a single buggy that requires recharging after each use, further limiting its availability. Check-in is scheduled for 3pm. Guests arriving on the 12pm ferry will have to wait until the designated check-in time. I received the keys to the first room at 3pm and the second room at 5:30pm. The check-in process was notably slow, attributed to a lack of staff. Breakfast is included with the stay, offering a set menu of fried mee hoon, a variety of Kuih, and fruit. Additional breakfasts beyond the two complimentary ones per room can be purchased for RM15 each.

Unfortunately I was told by our tour operator that this resort has not been operational fully after the covid pandemic. There was not enough maintenance carried out and the premise was like being abandoned. Probably in two or three years this resort will be fully operational again. However it will take lots of finance and resources to bring it back to the former glory years ago.

If i can give less than 1,i would.. The worst expensive resort i have ever been.the only thing that was nice was the scenery itself and the location. We had to wait at the lobby for check in, because no one was there! i had to call the management multiple times. Apparently Check out/check in was at their convinient. We almost missed our ferry. Breakfast served at 8.30 am because there was only 1 cook in the resort to cater for the entire guests. Dinner closed at 9.30pm and that was it. Cannot order anything anymore. We were asked to go to the food court. The kettle was rusty. We were given another kettle but that one was full of sand. There was no tv for such a chalet that cost rm198. The service was extremely poor. I rest my case. If u want to go to pulau besar, just go...
