Ups: -Nice glamping experience in well-equipped safari-style tents, set in a beautiful, Balinese-inspired environment. -Soak in breath-taking views while enjoying crisp, cool air & admiring the beautiful landscape peppered with vibrantly colored ornamental plants. -Tents comfortable.nice beds& pillows (the sound of raindrops on the tents are soothing to the soul😌), nettings keep bugs out. basic equipments like kettle, cooler, fans available. Rooms bright enough for reading at night. No way of locking tents/wooden entrance door from outside tho.(providing a safe would be ideal) -outdoor bathroom/toilet, warm water for showers(cold at night). Shampoo, soap from natural ingredients eg lemongrass, eucalyptus. -Staff friendly& polite. -hav a dip in the infinity pool, some tents have little private pools -take a 7min walk to the sinurambi for a 360 panoramic view of Tambunan town -can bring pets (2 per tent)

Downs: -internet not really good in the tents higher up (line good in the lower altitude public areas) tents are not sound proof😐 Tip: get a tent away from others, not advisable to stay during peak season if u prefer peace & quiet (and not listen to your neighbors' conversations & toilets) food average, except breakfast: rendang beef, sambal exceptional (spicy& fragrant). Overall I can say this place/resort has a great potentials to grow further. However, the hygiene need to be prioritise further, moss are everywhere, on statue and in the pool. The wifi they provided also quite disappointing. They mention that this purchase comes with free wifi; however, when I ask for wifi password, they said that it was in maintenance (at least they should inform the residents earlier). One thing that I realise is that this resort has less visitors. Also, some of the tents are being less-developed. I thing owner should find any alternative to grow this resort because this resort really have a great opportunity to be a cool place for others to visit. Use social media for advertising purpose (Instagram, tiktok etc); also, discounts can also attracts people to visit here. Other than that, please make a variety of foods and beverage. People do not wake up to eat a Nasi lemak that we can just find at any nearest restaurant around Tambunan, please serve a diverse foods and beverage that suit with the price. All in all, the price for visiting this resort is quite worth it if compared to other resort in urban city. But there are A LOT of things that should be prioritise and develop more in the future. Drove from Kota Belud to Borneo Kiim. I wanted to try glamping and enjoy the paddy field view which also famous in Tambunan. Came across this place, read a good review & proceed with booking from their website. ||The concept and location is amazing. Sadly, it was not well maintained though this place is barely new and also has a lots of potential+ nature beauty on it's own. ||In overall, my review:|1. The design and concept was perfect|2. Only few staff to do all sort of things, including atrending to the guests.|3. No heads-up on the condition of the road & we were just lucky to arrive there before 6pm.|4. I love the cloud carpet, amazing sunset & nature view. |5. The pool is spectalur, in providing contras with the nature when you were taking photos.|6. Sinurambi is just a walk away.|7.
