Coming from Melaka, it's my fault booking this hotel without read the reviews. This is will be my first stay and last stay at this hotel. |1. The toilet so smelly. Please put some air freshner in the toilet. So uncomfortable |2. I just touchdown and straight the hotel. We are so hungry. As i enter the room i saw room service menu. But there's no phone in my room. So we decided to come down to the restaurant. But they just serve foods for hi tea only. However, thumbs up to the fnb team. They try to serve food and sent it to our room. Room service without phone in the room. I think i have to call post office for room service. My room is 122|3. This is happened during breakfast, hello hi. I'm the hotellier too. I'm nisa from ibis melaka. I request for half boiled egg. The girl from kitchen said no egg for today. And just go. No sorry or what. But got egg for the nasi lemak. It so dissapointed when they have so many staff. But all of them termenung instead of making me half boiled egg. It's so hard i guess. Most of the hotel, they will do half boiled egg for guest. But not this hotel. The breakfast also bad. The f&b team are so good in services but food quality is so yucky by kitchen.it makes f&b team looks nothing with good service. ||I'm writing this review while having breakfast here. Read moreFirst of all. The reason for my stay was for the 14days Quarantine procedure. I'm a fellow Sarawakian so yeah, it was FOC. Absolutely no reason for me to be fussy about minor issue here and there when the staff have treated me with utmost care. Its one of the best place to be for quarantine. Rezeki dapat bilik bagus. Alhamdulillah. Thats 5 🌟 from me personally.
