Koposizon Homestay — Hotel in Borneo

I was lucky and enjoyed a meal at Robert's. They taught me how to cook 3 traditional meals, the traditional pancake, banana with coconut, flower and sugar and fish soup with rise and the special mix. Robert also lent me 2 of the traditional dresses and allowed me to pose for some pictures, that will stay in my memory for ever! We also listened to Christmas songs and danced together. My time at his place was superb, all was prepared with loads of love and willingness to make me feel at home and welcome and for giving me a sense of how wonderful is life at their area. I consider this to be a low cost, eco friendly adventure tour. My expectations were exceeded by the quality of the accommodation and inclusions. The host family were all friendly, fun and very welcoming. Visited diverse locations, each one exciting. Experiencing local activities and having local meals while chit-chatting with the host family. A recommended place for those who keep to experiencing staying with local while having their Borneo holiday. Our grade 11 students from our international school were guests of various hosts from Koposizon Homestay. We were greeted by our hosts at the community center with homemade treats and locally made drinks. Our two night stay was amazing.
