OYO 90036 Eagle Wood Garden — Hotel in Borneo

Worst service ever. I booked last minute at late night around 10.30pm, and once arrived at their check in counter, the staff told me that my booking not updated at their side, and hanging me almost 1 hour. I'm told him, just to let me check in as walk in customer, so if the booking by online received in the tomorrow morning, they can do me refund. Simple as that. But the receptionist keep checking and waiting for confirmation booking. End...

I choose this place due to the lack of budget, however, the rooms doesn't even have a water heater, so i had to shower with freezing water. The rooms was aircond, not heater for drinking but you can go to the main building and ask for a hot water. There no restaurant although theres facilities that indicating a restaurant or cafe can be operating here. A lot of improvement can be done here. I do see that this place has potential. Keep up...

This homestay is a peaceful place. Nothing really fancy but you just have what you need except that you need to probably get a travel kettle as there is no kettle in the room.
