This place honestly deserves 0 stars, but since Google only allows a minimum of 1 star, I’m forced to give it that. The bedsheets had a disgusting stain that looked like feces, and the entire room reeked of a horrible smell. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling on the bed.
Family friendly? I don’t think so. The staircase is nearly 90° – totally unsafe for elderly people, and even as an adult I felt scared climbing it. It’s more like hill climbing than a homestay. If anyone falls down those stairs, they might as well go straight to hell.

If you travel with elderly family- with knees/ foot problem, this is suitable for them as they do no need to walk the staircase. You just just park you car at the side and walk within 5 mins to your room.
Kitchen: The kitchen itself is completed with basic kitchenware-cutleries, wok , gas, kettle. As the traffic congestion is really bad at ranau as i went there during public holiday therefore i cooked for dinner. Just bring some instant noodle. However you can order for grab food too.
Car: If you are checking out in the early morning, it is advisable to park at the side so your cant wont be block by the other cars as the parking space isn't big however if you car blocked by others you can just call the person in charge to solve it for you.

No air-conditioning since it tends to have natural air-conditioning during night time. It is a good place to hold games, karaoke night and eat-together for the whole family. The surrounding atmosphere is filled to the brim with beautiful hilly nature and has that village-esque feeling to it. The owner also has some small food cabinets where you can buy instant noodle cups and cooking ingredients. There are also various places where you can view scenery and eye-candy all over the place.
