Roxy Aiman Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

If you come to samarahan, DONT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Here’s the reason why based on my 1 night experience staying here: Dirty toilet The room is not sound proof at all. Uncomfortable pillow. No refrigerator, no laundry bag. Basic stuffs like this they should provide the fact that we paid RM110 per night. Other budget hotels cheaper than this even provide this essential stuff. The remote aircond is NOT FUNCTIONING so you cant adjust the aircond temperature futhermore, they do not have telephone in the room so we couldnt request anything from the room. The receptionist mentioned that late check in will be at 1230pm. However, WE WERE CHARGED RM70 for late check in the fact that we checked in by 1230pm. ITS LITERALLY A BUDGET HOTEL LIKE OYO BUT OYO IS WHOLE LOT BETTER. PLEASE DONT CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, LITERALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 THEY DONT ACTUALLY DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR FROM ME. HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKE ACTION ON THIS MATTER AND IMPROVE FURTHER IF YOU WANT YOUR HOTEL TO BE RELEVANT IN...

If I could give -100 stars, I would. The worst hotel experience ever.💢

1.My first room had a burnt air-conditioner (serious fire hazard), but staff acted like they didn’t believe me.

I had to wait until 11PM just to see management.

Staff were rude and disrespectful, even making faces and talking badly in front of my mother.

4.The second room given was dirty, stained mattress, dusty floor, and much smaller than the first.

5.Management responded arrogantly, claiming “all rooms are the same” and “hotel is full” — both untrue.

This hotel is unsafe, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I will never return and I do not recommend anyone...

Next to the entrance of this hotel there is a studio for photoshoot. I want to give a review about that studio. The photographer who took our picture looked like an inexperienced person. He did not guide us for a beautiful or appropriate pose and angle when taking pictures. He also arranged us wrongly because the arrangement was obstructing the lighting of the camera. And just like that the photoshoot was over. When we want to choose a picture, we see that the picture taken is very unprofessional because of the bad angle. We are very unhappy. Not recommended.
