A good place to stay and it is not pricey, beside have a superstore to buy daily needs and bakery downstairs to ease hunger, room facility is standard for me, everything basic coffee, tea hanging space, seat and dressing table, tv is provided, im satisfy with the stay here||||back of the hotel is local restaurent (or maybe just a stall like place to eat) provide super cheap and good food with cheap beer all you wanna drink, ||||in front of the hotel is local market where you can buy local good stuff (Kudat is famous for peanut and those fried peanut with white coating, local chinese call them pegon dropppings, haha) upstair of the market is local food stall selling good noodle breakfast kind of things and tons of local stuff to look at)||||not to forget a few walk to the seaside walkway and end of it will reach another good restaurant where it is build on the sea, good food, good price, good view and can access to the floating...

We are a family of 20 on a road trip around Sabah & Upper Deck was the only hotel that could accommodate a group of our size.|I needn't have worried. Check-in was smooth & we had 7 rooms split between queen bed, twin, & family (which were actually connecting) rooms.|All the rooms were spacious, clean, the beds comfortable, good a/c & shower. |The Upper Deck was fine for our group & I wonder what all the other reviewers felt was so wrong.
