Twin River Cottage — Hotel in Borneo

I don't think the owner actually takes care of this cottage. When I went there, the grass are not trimmed, part of the house are messy, especially the kitchen where all the old junks, food traces and stale foods still on the table. Even the refrigerator is full with idk, useless and smelly things. Talk about the facilities; heater took to long to boil the water, fridge;can't even use, full and not functioning properly. Bath heater;also not function. Water outlet in bathroom;nehi! Everything about this cottage is creepy. It looks like ab abandoned cottage. The front door, during night, are not even...

Teruk sangat owner ni. Saya deposit rm45 pada 17.12.2019 untuk bilik standard aircond dan tandas dalam bilik. Saya akan menginap d Twin River Cottage ini pada 28.12.2019. Pada 27.12.2019, keluarga saya telah check in dahulu untuk 2 malam iaitu 27 dan 28.12.2019. Bilik yg kami tempah adalah sebanyak 5 buah bilik standard dan 1 bilik VIP room sebab keluarga ramai. Dan pada 27.12.2019, keluarga saya telah bayar penuh sebanyak RM1120 termasuk deposit security sebanyak rm200. Bila anak buah saya tanya mana bilik 1 lagi yg akan check in esok 28.12.2019, dia cakap blm siap lagi, lagipun dia esok akan chek in bilang owner tu. Bila malam tu, jam 10pm, saya check in, dia boleh cakap bilik yg saya tempah tu, dia bagi dengan orang lain sebab saya blm check in. Dia bagi saya bilik d belakang rumah yg tiada aircond dan tandas d luar. Siap bagi lilin lagi d tandas sebab tiada lampu tanpa rasa bersalah.... kalau kamu d tempat saya, apa kamu rasa? Oren? 😄😄😄. Apa saya buat adalah saya minta balik duit saya sebanyak rm90. Dia kembalikan rm70 sahaja sebab dia mo potong entah apa2.... Jadi saya cakap saya kena tipu n saya akan buat laporan polis. Dia terus masuk bilik n ambik rm90 dan kembalikan kepada saya.... Malam itu, saya keluar dan dipermudahkan saya dapat bilik...
