Hotel Casaria Paka — Hotel in Dungun

Was given a room on the ground floor. We arrived at 10.30pm and very limited parking available in front of hotel. Following are my disappointment: 1.I was informed of my room number and the key was left in the room. It was not lock when I open it There was a strong stench like dampness. The toilet was wet like someone conveniently just used it The toilet is super small like air plane toilet The floors are sticky Rooms are not sound proof The Cafe/reception is open till 2am but only serves frozen pre heated food The security is the worst of my concerns. After the Cafe closes, no staff will be there to take care of the hotel. One side of main glass door is broken and anyone can just walk up to the rooms. When we check out at 7am the Cafe/reception is still close. We had to leave the keys in the room instead. There is a notice paste on the walls of the hotel stating that no refund if you are not happy with the rooms.

Room was tiny. I booked for a single room. When I came, the room was flooded, suspected due to leaking roof.

Given room with queen bed as replacement. Just one hanger, tv, small table and plastic chair. but tv needs own netflix account. This room is also leaking. I had to request for extra floor mat to keep the floor dry.

With queen there was not enough room to even pray.

Adequate if you just need a place to lay down at night. but it is unlikely i would visit again

Even saw a cockroach roaming my bed at night which i catch and throw away

Water was dripping from the bidet whole night, shutting the valve did not work so I had to put up with it.

The staff were friendly and helpful and will try to help as much as possible. Sadly the facilities need to be reassessed and improvement is needed.

While there is limited space for wardrobe, at least provide some decent hook instead of just 2 protruding screws that I cant even...

Room is not maintained well. Okay lah. Dusty and the floor is not dried after being mopped. Sticky. Can see ball of dust hanging in the ac. No amenities at all. Only desk with hanger and tv. We went for triple room 1single + queen beds. No astro just Android TV with YouTube with Netflix using your own acc. Overall okay lah. Hope improved the hygiene and...
