Ta'mim Seaview Hotel, Paka — Hotel in Dungun

I shall start with why I chose to stay at this hotel, the beach and the sea just a short walk from the entrance. The hotel could be better when the expansion work ends. The staff was friendly and explained the situation. She offered a room that is probably the least affected by the ongoing construction. The room itself is comfortable for a single person. However, it has to be mentioned that the bathroom walls are glass and only opaque cling wrap blocks the view from the bed. Another negative point is the absolute lack of sound proofing. I could hear the TV blaring through the shared wall with the room next door. On the whole, it's an acceptable place to stay if you enjoy walking on an empty beach before sunrise...

Pro :

1-lokasi dekat dengan pantai. Keluar dari lobi hotel jalan kaki je ke pantai paka. 2- saiz bilik sederhana dengan aircond, TV astro channel pelbagai, sejadah, bilik air yg bersih dan water heater berfungsi dengan baik. 3- bilik ada sliding door boleh keluar ikut sliding door tu kalau tak nak lalu ikut jalan lobi. 4 - ada toilet awam di luar hotel depan lobi.

Cons :

1- Bilik bukan Seaview. Cuma garden view. Nak masuk ke bilik kena buka selipar siap-siap dekat lobi. Daftar masuk dan jalan ke bilik di belakang. 2- tak boleh check in awal. Masa booking dah inform siap-siap. Kami faham ikut keadaan semasa kalau ada kekosongan. Tapi bila sampai kami tak nampak guest lain atau kereta guest lain di luar tapi receptionist cakap tak boleh check in awal juga katanya bilik tak siap lagi. 3- lepas check in dalam pukul 5-6 pm dalam 15 mins, tiada elektrik. Minta refund jika terus berlanjutan tiada elektrik sebab plan nak cari hotel lain saja. Dah call boss hotel. Mungkin bos sendiri yg datang buka fius kat luar. Tapi TNB juga yang di salahkan. 4- bilik ada nyamuk tapi alhamdulillah receptionist bawa spray nyamuk ke bilik untuk spray. 5- Aircond dalam bilik bocor air penuh kat lantai. Dah berapa lama agaknya jadi macamtu tanpa service. 6- ini bukan kategori hotel. Mungkin lebih kepada level Motel atau homestay kot. 7- nampak rumput-rumput liar di sekeliling tak di potong. Seperti tidak terjaga. 8- construction masih berjalan di tingkat atas.

Jika anda mencari hotel yang betul-betul Seaview mungkin boleh cari hotel atau chalet sekitar Pantai Teluk Lipat. Lebih berbaloi. Semoga owner chalet dapat pertingkatkan lagi service di lain masa. Terima Kasih untuk...

Good room very spacious and clean. However TV does not work during rain and the toilet is see through when room loghts is off and toilet light is on. Very awkward when travelling with a college. The joining door to the room cannot be locked from the room i was in. How ever its a good room to rest and also good for family stay due to the spaciousness. 50m away from the beach and it's easy to find food. Very close to petronas plants if travelling for work. ...
