After living in the tropics for a while, you will understand that residential gardens in the northern hemisphere are only worthy of home ownership if they are built in the northern temperate continental monsoon climate and oceanic climate zones. Residential gardens in tropical areas like Malaysia are just a place for mosquito bites. A place with little use value, a tropical garden is of little value to a tropical landed house . Tropical ground brings unpleasant feelings such as mosquitoes, moisture, mold, and scorching air waves. For Europeans, it is better to live in high-rise or super-high-rise apartments in tropical areas, which is more comfortable and has a better living experience than a villa with a garden. In addition, there is a shortage of engineering materials in Malaysia, such as high-grade cement and aluminum alloy broken bridge window frames, double-layer vacuumed low-e glass, high-grade paint to prevent mold growth and to withstand tropical storms, and the quality of local construction is generally low, even the highest grade buildings often do not meet developed...

Security in Leisure Farm is well known to be stringent and tight. Owners pay maintenance charges not only for their estate but also for the whole resort itself.

I am an owner and until the security guards recognize you as an owner of a property in leisure farm ( in which they do), i do face issues at security myself. Although for convenience, you may not like it, i appreciate their efforts, its these stringent checks and continuous enforcement, that makes a security - a security.

It's what keeps the estate safe.

Security service is not a concierge service or service desk.

For this, to encourage the security service personnel of Leisure Farm. I am writing this review to encourage them and allow the management of Leisure Farm know that the standard of security is appreciated.

Some people call this place home, some call this place of work, others spend time learning skills such as horse riding and still others come here for leisurely activities (golf).

The place has its charms, its quiet, organized and private so one can forget about the cacophonous world outside and unwind.

Properties sold here take various forms, lands are sold at various sizes for owners to build up their dream houses, residential homes are also pre-designed and built for those who want a smaller footprint and ease. One has to really know what you want for a home instead of what you can afford.

The location is a ways off all main commercial activities and amenities. The perks of that is exclusivity but the bane is that it is not convenient at all. I cannot imagine anyone without a car being able to call this place home because it is not easily accessible via public transport.
