The last time I went to Felda Residence, it was 7 years ago. I remember sitting in the lobby enjoying the ocean breeze. I had fond memories even though we had an incident of a baby snake being in our room. I remember admiring the clean pool, and swimming in it. Iremember liking the omelette from the egg station at breakfast.||So when my husband and I were looking for a venue for our family day event, we decided to go to Felda Residence Tanjung Leman again.||Oh, what a disappointment it was. ||The lobby have so many flies. The water in the pool was green and murky. The restaurant was not open until later in the evening. The corridor leading to our room was smelly. Trays of food by the corridor, inviting lots of flies.||We stayed in the suite on the 2nd floor. Room number 214. Our room was ok. But the bathroom was moldy and the balconies, were dirty. Drinking glasses in our room have stain. Bedsheet have stain. Curtains have stain.||The only thing that I have no complaint with was the nature aspects of the place. ||The beach was good, the children had so much fun there, thank goodness because no way no how I'm going to let them swim in that pool. ||We booked a bbq hut, and it was good and comfortable. They provided us with drinks. ||The sky was clear that night so we we managed to do some star gazing too. Although, the loudness from the nearby restaurant was rather annoying. Playing some ridiculous song chanting "jongang jongang jongang" not exactly what one want to listen too when trying to enjoy the nature. Come on, people!||The sunset by the beach, was breathtakingly perfect.||One of us found snake again. Though it was outside, this time. Bigger than the last time.||Staff were polite. I have no complaint with them. They all have good attitude.||I do hope Felda Residence Tanjung Leman could find it's way back to it's glory days. Read moreI took the superior room garden view package 3h2m ,so i requested the front room but the receptionist didn't want to give it while there was another room available but was given a room with poor equipment in room 102 at Felda Residence Tanjung Leman, so there are several things found: The mattress sheets to be dusty fine sand, no refrigerator provided. No telephone provided in room 102 ,after we complain it then maintenance just take action to install it.how i wonder customer check in to this room not be equipped with telephone service. The water heater is not working, but maint repair after 1 night I made a complaint to fix it.this should be not happen. There is no light bulb on the back balcony, but after complaining, maint install it.this is also the mgmt need to think it,for the overall maintenance inside or outside room. sticky floor. not too clean. the room smells of cigarette smoke, I don't know where it is coming from. I am a non-smoker. When open the ventilation in baathroom,the smell will come inside room. The receptionist is not customer friendly like the policy of customer service to customers. Once again,all these reason for poor ammenities in room 102 why was not resolved early before the arrival of the guests who wanted to enter, and the receptionist should have known in advance so that he/she could take action to give another room with good facilities. need to remember, customers pay to stay and not sit for free either paid by online booking website or direct to felda res web.i will not recommended to...

The pool is open for public so guest have to share the pool & other facilities with public and guest have to pay same amount to use the hotel facilities. In the weekend or PH the pool is pack with outsider (NOT HOTEL GUEST). People are freely picnic around the pool. No privacy at all. Since we have nothing to do at night I ask receptionist wether we can use the ping pong facilities and just saying that we bored at room so we decide to play ping pong, then she arrogantly said " tempat ini untuk orang bersantai je" (this place is for relaxing) I dont want to reply her and with just decide to when for the ping pong instead. After ping pong I called the receptionist to ask for tomorrow breakfast timing. The way she answer the phone like no manners and not friendly at all. I just ask for her name and she reply in Malay (Why you need to know my name?). Im shocked. For me is normal for guest to know the staff name & I ask her is it wrong for me to know who am I speaking to. when I recognise it was as same girl who arrogantly said this place is for relaxing only I ask her opinion what are u suggesting me to do in this hotel.
