We have checked in on the labour day for 3 days and 2 nights. The place was nice, we brought our kid here as he wants to play at the beach. We have paid the room for about 600++ ringgit for the whole trip which I seen it as overpriced cause there are more nice place that has rooms priced at less than 300 ringgit per night such as Le Grandeur Resort at Senai. The room we checked in was old. The cosmetic view inside the room was old, it brings you back to early 2000s and the chair provided did torn my wife clothes because of staplers exposed on the chair. The bathroom door was broken and the toilet was not looking like a good 3 stars hotel. The menu provided for breakfast is the same malay cuisine which I think is quite outdated. This is because for 3 stars resort, they should prepare a full line of cuisines i.e. western, asian at least. Then, the service was not good because the when I need to change the towel, the housekeeping is not available not until 12 at noon which to me personally seems a bit off. Then the last part was the pool. At the pool side, they didn't clean the chlorine that they have used at the pool. Due to that, it damages my clothes and make it looks spots of bleach on the back of my pants. I have reported to the owner but he just tell that he will clean it and will take a look at it which to me is not what I expected. The only good thing that I can remember of is the sceneries. The view of the sunrise and view at night.

The room- I've booked a standard room on the weekdays for rm130 and there's breakfast included. To be honest that's a great price for hotel which is clean and and well equipped. There's a mini fridge and the balcony attached making it a nice spot to view outside. The only downside if you're being nip-picking is that the hotel room is kinda not maintained infrastructural wise. Some of the paint is falling off in the toilet and the temperature setting in the aircond can't be changed that much but other than that it's all good. Service- The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was about to hike in arong the following day and I asked if they can pack breakfast and they did and that's very sweet of them. They're super accommodating. Location- There's a private beach and a pool , parking is plenty and the view from the hotel itself is amazing. There's a mountain bike spot beside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel as its super quiet and there's a jetty nearby that you can take plenty of photos. There's also a restaurant nearby which serves cheap and fresh seafood . But opens at 11 to 2. Btw the beach is a great place for stargazing . Highly recommended

The best resort in mersing, beautiful scenery and amazing location. If you are looking for *nice resort with awesome ambience, *calm kampung view with coconut tree, *swimming pool to enjoy with you kid, *nice sandy beach This is the place to be. But if you looking for * modern and elegan room design * Wifi and 5G mobile data * Clean and spootless room * Big Screen TV with channels * Exclusive vip resort This is the place you should avoid. Great customer service and helpfull staff. Really enjoyed their breafast and tea break menu. Keep it up the good work guys. I should give credit to the chef who prepared nasi ayam penyet for our late dinner at 9.15pm. You keep the standard really high and so far the best ayam penyet we had. Please you guys should try it.

if you are going for a short gateway from hustle bustle city for at least 2 or 3 days 1 or 2 nights , this is a perfect place for you to go ! ||Scenic view :')||||went there with a family of 10 , got a deluxe room which allow 3 pax only , ||paid for the extra paxs which cost us RM15/pax . ||the room was clean ! ||The water running from the tap were in cloudy & yellow in colour(maybe due to the rusty pipilines) but towards the evening it was crystal clear (what do you expect ? this resort is located in the rural area!) ||i suggest you to bring your own mineral water or buy from the cafe to boil your water in the boiler(yes they provide)||The pool is fairly clean , the filter wasnt running but it is still clean to dive in the pool!||The beach- was Heaven ! ||what we had for our dinner ? ||BBQ!||We were told that they could provide us the ingredients and BBQ items if we pay the RM38/pax so we thought its a bit too pricey - we bought our own ingredients/meats/items for BBQ and we only paid for the rental of the BBQ pit for RM80 . if you bought your BBQ items but yet to buy the BBQ food- fret not! "Nelayan Pasar" or the Fisherman market is just located at the entrance of the Resort ! Crayfish? they have it all there! ps : you can negotiate with them to get a reasonable price!||Towels - paid RM50 deposit for 2 towels - but you can refund them if you return their towels backXD||what kind of activities do they provide ?||they have :||kayaking RM50/hr or RM30/30mins,||archery RM7/game (5 arrows)||Deep sea fishing (max 8 pax) - RM1900 -( Rm180/pax) - pre booking required||1 day rental of fishing rods - RM35/day||Pleasure boat ride RM30/trip (max 3 pax/trip) pre booking required||Cycling RM10/hr ||Jungle Trekking RM15/pax (min 4 pax) 1st Trek@ 0930hrs / 2nd Trek @1500hrs .||Staff wise - friendly...

Drove 1.5hrs via route 3 from singapore. Greeted warmly by the staff checking in was a breeze. Got a deluxe room for myself and my 3 kids. Parked the car right in front of the door. Room was basic, a king sized bed and a day bed. Had a/c and a ceiling fan. Had a tv with only 2 channels on it tv1 and tv2. No wifi. No toothbrush nor toothpaste. Was given 2 bath towels at the reception. But when u open the sliding door to go to the balcony... wow the view.. the beach was clean and quiet. Fine sand not white though. Went swimming at the beach it was nice the kids had fun. The swimming pool was ok too. There was an activities hut but it was unmanned and unkept. They had bows and arrows kayaks and paddles in that hut. We had dinner at mersing town which was about 10mins drive away. Food in town was good and they had lots of convenience stores around. Back to the resorts listening to the waves really put you to sleep. Breakfast was terrible... nasi lemak and greasy fried noodles. There were people fishing from the beach and pulling in one croaker after another. Overall, at that price for the room, it was a decent stay. If asked if ill return, ill say yeah for a quiet weekend with the kids but this time ill bring my fishing...
